Michele is an Unstorying™ Certified Practitioner and Certified Internal Family Systems/Inner Child Coach with a deep love for helping people explore the hidden, rejected, and overlooked parts of themselves. With a master’s degree in Consciousness, Psychology, and Transformation, along with training as a yoga teacher and Reiki Master, she brings an intuitive, integrative approach to self-discovery, shadow work, and personal transformation.

Scott is a life coach and counselor who has been working with men and women in addiction and emotional trauma recovery for the past five years. As both a trauma survivor and a recovered addict, he brings over a decade of personal recovery experience into his work. His own journey through trauma and addiction informs his compassionate, grounded approach, allowing him to meet people exactly where they are and support them in getting unstuck. Scott is deeply committed to helping clients cultivate self-awareness and personal agency so they can create meaningful, lasting transformation in their lives.

Drawing on his lived experience and the practice of Unstorying^Ⓡ, Scott helps individuals recognize how the stories and beliefs they formed to survive can later confine and limit them. With keen perception and empathy, he guides clients in examining and reshaping those narratives, empowering them to reconnect with their authentic selves and step into lives aligned with who they truly are.

Laurie has worked as a psychotherapist in private practice for over 12 years and specializes in treating anxiety.  She has a passion for understanding the mind-body connection and exploring  how self-awareness leads to growth, healing and empowerment.  Laurie is dedicated to guiding her clients as they begin to tune in and trust their own inner wisdom.

Unstorying^Ⓡ with Laurie offers short term, effective and focused sessions.  It is an opportunity to see your thoughts and beliefs more clearly and therefore break free from the stories that keep you stuck. 

Regina brings over 25 years of experience in the education, treatment and management of chronic pain, relapse prevention, cancer and palliative care, authentic living and compassion satisfaction. She serves as a holistic health educator, recovery consultant, faculty member and energy medicine practitioner. Over the last decade Regina has been led to facilitate mind-body healing circles with community trauma, mass shooting and gang violence survivors, war veterans, senior citizens, and health care professionals experiencing moral injury. Her trust in the miracles of mutual support, vicarious resilience and post traumatic growth guides her primary focus in assisting human hearts to facilitate their own empowered restorative process. 

Unstorying^Ⓡ with Regina offers group workshops and short-term individual sessions. The Unstorying^Ⓡ process provides tools to gain self-awareness and a deeper sense of personal freedom from the established stories that hold us back.

Dr. Robert Levey has 15+ years of marketing and development experience, holds a PhD in Transformative Studies, and is the founder of Exponential Squared, offering strategic planning and marketing for mission-driven organizations. He also teaches nonprofit marketing and leadership at UNH College of Professional Studies.
